If I could give this zero stars I would! I have never been treated so poorly at a fast food establishment EVER!! We went to... order our food and when we told the man who was taking our order just a minute, he told us to pull into a bay to look over themenu and then pull back in to order when we were ready. We weren?t planning on taking that long but whatever. We did that andpulled back in. He took a little while to take our order. When he did, he wasn?t pleasant at all. We ordered our food and let metell you, this guy who took our order did not have any kind of patience or compassion at all!! We wanted to finalize our orderand we decided to change fries to onion rings (which I didn?t think was a big deal) and he replies with, ?so you want me to goback and change it to onion rings?? I was taken back by his nasty question and said yeah. He then proceeded to tell us that wecould only have one order per car, which is posted nowhere, and so with him being rude and short with us, we decided to take ourbusiness elsewhere to Burger King. Way better service and more friendly people!! I won?t tell you to not go to this placebecause you can decide not to after reading this or go if you so choose. Worst sonic I've been to in my 42 years of life. To start off it tooklike 10 minutes per car to order. Literally everything we... ordered was caked in grease. Onion rings and rater tots were soaked. Wasted 45$ on food i had to throw away. This visit was sofrustrating the girl hanging us out food stick he nail into the chili of the hot dog. She was so conserned her nails got dirtynot that she sick her nasty nails into my food. Never would i suggest this store. Waste of time. And money in my lion. Justover all bad service. Read more
Would be a -10 star review if I could choose that. Food was poorly made, we were missing food, it was just thrown in the bag,... all of our pops/ sodas taste like they had chemicals and a lot of salt in them. Ive been coming here occasionally for hotdogs with mixed success for about 2 months. Generally poor reviews from friends and... family had me weary but the food is decent and not hugely expensive. Staff are generally friendly and approachable. The whiteguy who works afternoons/evenings is always helpful. You know how it goes though, one bad experience. Here's mine. Today mygirlfriend and I came through the drive thru for some Chicago dogs, a Philly cheese steak, and a burger for her sister. Theburger was perfectly fine, no complaints there. However, the Philly cheesesteak was disappointing. Flavor was just fine, but forbeing on such a small bun and having essentially 1/4th of the meat you'd expect for that sandwich, you could say I wasdisappointed. Tater tots were good, and while they made my sweet tea unsweetened, I was mostly just upset at paying $10 for $6worth of food. The bad part is when we got home and she discovered not only did they leave that god-awful sweet relish on thehot dogs(which she specifically ordered without, and had to repeat herself), but after I drove back to try and find somerecompense I sat through a 15 minute line only to be told (at exactly 6:00) at the drive thru they decided to close at 6pm todayand couldn't do anything for me. Extremely slow service; only had 2 cars ahead of us but it took over 20 minutes just to get to the window after placing our... order... After getting back on the road, we discovered our $8 5 piece Chicken "Dinner" only had 4 pieces and just a handful offries. Took a photo after eating only one fry and one piece of chicken (chicken was as dried out as it looks in the picture).Very disappointed, and our "quick stop" for a bite to eat added 30 minutes to our trip. The food still tasted great... but the experience overall was kind of shady. Used the app for the order. The app really sped up... the ordering, which was awesome. Then the trouble hit. Ticket was printed at 7:22pm, then at 7:29pm screen told us our foodwould be brought out by a car hop shortly. Food was delivered at the car window at 7:39pm. Then upon opening one of the burgers,it looked like it had been half eaten, but was likely ripped or something as it was a smaller burger and that must be the waythat they make the patties smaller?! By ripping them?! It's already waste anyways, so why not just deliver it with the fullpatty so the customer doesn't have to think their food had been eaten or dropped or whatever. Overall, the timing andpresentation of the order brought this score down. Read more
The food is always fresh and hot, never looks like it was thrown together in a rush. I also use the app for mobile orders quote... often and the food is always ready when they say and the customer service is really good here. I think I might go later. Lol Read more
