It's taco bell....you get what you pay for. Nothing bad just fast food tacos. Can't complain
Pulled up to basically empty restaurant. Only 1 person ahead of me in the drive through. Wait 5 minutes at the speaker box... without hearing anything from them. Tried multiple times to talk to them. Pulled up to window thinking it may be broken. I wasthen YELLED at for "skipping the speaker box" and messing up their timers. Was told if I want anything would need to start wholeprocess over. I don't know why I bother trying to get food from Benton harbor anymore. Read more
Food was good, though on two occasions I ordered a large mango freeze and got a small. The second time they gave me the correct... size after I asked. The first time was through the drive-thru. Read more
This place really needs to get some proper staff. 6pm two workers in the building. The lady said "it's just me and one other... person and we ain't making food till others get here in 30 or 40 minutes". If you're at work on the clock and you aren'tworking, go home. Simple. If you want to sit around collect unemployment. This place used to be quick, professional, andefficient. Wouldn't be surprised if this location closed for good. Saint Joseph's location isn't any better. Shame. Read more
Customer service was not what I had expected. She didn't seem engaging, when she had it might me my thing she would often look... away and not paying attention to whether or not they were in my hands and I had a good hold on the items that she was handingme. This review is more about the person than what you get from your typical topical bell. Read more
Seriously, the WORST taco bell I've ever had ???? my chalupa's soft shell was sooooo stale and and hard, breaking apart. The... nacho fries were old and soggy. I feel like this store has lost its spirit and just don't care anymore. I'd be embarrassed toserve anyone what I had to eat today! All the sour cream in my food was on one side which is super annoying. Edit to add: Husband picked up lunch here recently and there was only 2 pieces of chicken in his shredded chicken burrito. Quick drive thru. Good food. Change up specials so it's nit same ole thing. Something for everyone.
