Great food. Hot fries. Not a good smell in the lobby but was a great meal and good service
Very slow service, and extremely rude staff and management. I will never, ever, go to this location again. Don't think I've ever... been insulted by a manager before but it happened here after I was short- changed and brought it to his attention. The reply wasif I was going to whine about it he'll pay it out of his own pocket, and that they had no change in the drawer and I should havepaid with a card. Who puts people like this in charge? Went to get breakfast at 7:30am and they were closed with no time when or if they would be opening up this was on Thursday June... 23rd 2022. Ok thought I would give it another try at getting breakfast. Pilots app and google both says there open at 6am. Apparently the drive through was closed, which I figured out after being ignored for a few minutes and then shrugged at and a... head shake when I pulled up to the window to see if maybe they were closed, I finally just parked and went in, there were threeemployees, the one at the register was curt with me but I was interrupting his social hour with the two ladies that were workingwith him. Wish I could give them zero stars. Who closes the drive thru on a Wednesday at 1 pm on one of the busiest travel days of the... year ?!? No sign, just a rude employee telling you AFTER your waited in line that the drive thru is closed. Read more
