Well, this was a pleasant surprise!!!! On a recent visit to my old stomping grounds I was fortunate enough to land in Airship... for some delightful coffee. I had earmarked Airship after discovering on tha gram a while back. So we'll use my detailedranking system combining the conversations and coffee to establish the rating you see. Let's start with coffee this round,shall we.... It's really simple, it was DELICIOUS! I always enjoy the pairing of sparking water that has become more prevalentin the recent times. I opted for a cortado, and they nailed it! Thank you! So, +1 for coffee.... I actually ended up visiting acouple of times while on the trip, and each time I was pleased with the friendliness and knowledge of the baristas at Airship.There's another roaster in the area that is probably more well known, but I'm here to tell you I prefer Airship. This statementcomes from a complete and total coffee nerd, so you really should listen.... haha. Seriously, the authenticity of the people inAirship are really what sets them apart IMO. Good cup of drip coffee with a few tables. I like that they don't pack the tables close together. One can have a conversation... without having four neighboring tables engaged. Read more
It?s no secret that airship is a classic and has decent everything! Coffee is good, food is good, they have recently expanded so... there?s ample space to work. I don?t think there is a cafe in town that has better or more consistent service. Every singleperson who works here is genuinely friendly and lovely - which makes always makes my visit! Lastly, I really need to comment onthe brisket burrito, I don?t know who or how this meat is made but it is literally better than some of the good BBQ placesaround town. The atmosphere is airy and light and the coffee is absolutely delicious without all of the trappings of the big coffee... chains. I was there at 8am and though the line was VERY long at the register, it took mere minutes for the super competent andfriendly staff to take and make my cappuccino order. At $7.50 for a delicious blueberry scone and a cappuccino, the price iscomparable to other shops in the area. 10/10, visit Airship the next time you need a coffee! Read more
I got the latte(that comes in one size) and sweet cream cold brew, both great. The coffee cake was also fantastic. There is a... lot of space to sit outside, even a little closed off area to take your dog into. Really friendly staff and great drinks. Read more
Love the coffee shop ambience, outdoor and indoor. Not much on the menu, its short and simple. While we visited, some of the... items on the menu weren't available, narrowing our choices even further. The staff are extremely friendly , our experience wouldhave been tad better, had there been enough choices on the menu. Read more
Very hip and cool looking coffee shop. The staff work here are nice and welcoming. The environment is so cool and laid back. It... has an outdoor as well as indoor seating.
