I love this place! I've had many dishes here on several occasions and it has all been very delicious. Good staff as well, my... family always brings my dog as well and the staff are always very happy and wanting to pet him. It's a great atmosphere too! This was our 4th or 5th trip to Blu Fish with friends of ours. I have never had the assortment or caliber of sushi that Blu... provides on a regular basis! Even living on the coast doesn't compare to the freshness and preparation of the food. My wife andI both love this place. Read more

Great food. The table we were sat at was right by the door, so lots of traffic and flies. Very good seafood selection and they... have cold water oysters. Server was great and very friendly. My daughter and I stopped by for a quick late lunch. The food was great. I had six oysters and they were fresh. My daughter... had the shaggy role and she loved it. Service was great, our server was nice. Atmosphere is wonderful, we sat indoors at atable near the bar. Outside seating looks great/relaxing. My only complaint was standing at the hostess station for more thanfive minutes without being acknowledged by the hostess who was busy on the phone before she disappeared into the kitchen. Unfortunately, our latest visit to Blu was less than satisfying. We come for Seafood Towers for special occasions with friends;... this was our third visit. We visited on 4/23 and our service was beyond terrible. It was as if she knew it was a large ticketand we were a large group so gratuity was guaranteed. Things were incredibly slow, forgotten, and wrong - that mixed with trulybad service was just simply disappointing. We probably won’t return. Read more

We have been here twice now. Both times the fish has been amazing and fresh. It is the closest we have come to finding the... freshness that we experienced while traveling in Japan. I wouldn't call us sushi snobs, but we certainly do know fresh fishwhen we get to taste it. Their chef is very create with the dishes that come out of the kitchen as well. We love the effortthat everyone who works there puts into making sure you have a wonderful experience. They love their jobs and it shows! Read more

Came in here for a team dinner on one of our first nights in NorthWest Arkansas. I was pretty impressed with how fresh the... seafood was! We had a party of 8 with us and were seated right away (due to our reservations) and served equally quickly. Ourdrinks came out in a timely manner and so did the rest of our food. For the table we ordered the Sushi boat & shrimp wrapped inbacon, and then proceeded to order individual items. My coworker who was seated next to me got the 1/2 and 1/2 bucket withfriend oysters and Calamari, I got the seafood risotto (along with a few others) and a few got the fresh catch of the day withveggies. I was really happy with my risotto, I wasn't sure how it was going to be, but it was extremely flavourful and camewith a great portion of seafood. Definitely a place I will come back to during my next trip, this time to try somethingdifferent.
