I've never really had an issue with super long wait times. I feel like it's usually the same almost anywhere you go. As for the... food it's okay. Nothing all that great. Whenever i do go and order food i HAVE to ask for extra sauce on the side because 95% ofthe time they're dry and appears that they've been sitting out for a while. they'll be cold enough to know none of it isfreshly made. Same for the fries. They wont have that crisp. They'll just be soft and starting to feel soggy. Super Priced forthe quality of food you get. They should seriously lower the prices if that's the type of food being served. The people arealmost always nice so that's a plus. Read more
Horrible service. Waited 2 hours for 40 wings we were practically the only table here. Fruit flies flying in our drinks had to... chase down another server several times to pay probably could have left and would never have known. Worst service by far foodwas terrible could not get drink refills etc. do not recommend ever coming here Read more
It took total 3 hours to get the service done for a customer. Almost 2 hours to get food on table. We waited for 45 min to get... the table. Most of the tables are empty and not cleaned. Service is extremely slow to dine in. They took more than 1 hour to getour food on table. I wouldn't recommend anyone to dine in and wast their time. Quality of food is average. The food quality has gone from best to worst. Waited for more than an hour to receive the worst burger - flavorless and mushy... with overcooked patties. The wings were way too overcooked. Felt like dog food. The only saving grace was Nachos and PotatoWedges. Rest everything were horrible. Complained to the manager and received a 20%off on the receipt which is nothing comparedto the state of the food. Will not visit this location in near future. Read more
Service is so slow! We waited 13+ minutes after we were brought cold fries for new ones; the guy next to us waited a really long... time to pay out and we never saw our server so he just left. and i don?t blame him! dirty restaurant, chicken legs just on thefloor in the center of the walking area, and just a pathetic excuse of a restaurant. Love getting traditional wings on Tuesday for their BoGo special. My favorites favors are caribbean jerk ,Thai curry and garlic... parmesan . Soooooo good. When in the mood for wings will always try to visit on Tuesday. Read more
Haven't been here in probably a decade, but it was not as good as I remember. I got fried pickles and the chips and dip trio.... The fried pickles and the cheese dip were okay but the guacamole and salsa were just not good at all. I tried a family member'scauliflower wings and they were pretty solid. Lastly, the service was just slow even when the place didn't seem that busy.Overall, not a fantastic experience. Read more
