To me the Deluxe Spicy Chicken sandwich was, infact, spicy unlike some restaurants where they are mild at best. The chicken... nuggets were amazing! And the shake I got, I believe a limited time Autumn Shake, was good though not to my taste but all of itwas well worth the price! While the food is good, half the time something is wrong with my order. Instead of making it right next time, they want to waste... my time by having someone else call me so they can mail a coupon (which never showed up). Only chicken on the menu, but plan onbeing in drive thru line 30-40 mins at best. The staff is extremely nice, but when you wait 40 mins and pull up to the window tosee 6 people standing there, you start to wonder just what exactly is going on behind the scenes that requires a staff of 20+people 45 mins to make a chicken dinner for a family of 4 that was ordered ahead (15 mins before arrival). Literally, everyoneis ordering chicken folks. All that to say, it?s quicker and usually more accurate to drive to Pinnacle location. Even with theextra miles you will save 20+ minutes of gas and your patience is less likely to be exhausted. Read more
Food was good quality like normal. It just took a long time to get it. The place was absolutely filthy inside which is why the 2... stars. We started to start cleaning a table and a guy came over and cleaned it but only because he heard us say it was filthy.He even told us that. Kid always loves the play place though and the food. Food is always great as well as the staff. They got one thing wrong in my big order when they were very busy. I called when I... got home and noticed and spoke with CJ witch told me to come back up there and he would take care of it. When I showed up he hadme taken care of within 1 minute with a little extra for the trouble. Great service as always. Read more

If I could give this Chick-fil-a 0 stars, I would. When visiting you can expect to wait no less than 30 minutes at any time of... day no matter what you order. The cleanliness has gone down extremely in the last 2 years, good customer service is pretty muchnonexistent, and the dining room is open only 50% of the time. When the dining room is open you can expect the employees to bespending time on their phones rather than working. Read more
