The area/district manager would be furious with the state of this place. The employee told me "no one can cut the lettuce right... now". Brand new chipotle but stuff was literally everywhere like boxes and knives. Read more
Food was good flavor wise but guy gave very little chicken because they were about to run out. Should have offered me a... secondary meat instead but didn?t. Place is filthy dirty and while they seem short on workers for the amount of orders, the girlon the register sat there for quite a while waiting to check out orders instead of wiping off tables seeing that the place wasgetting super busy. I?ve never been to a chipotle as dirty as this. I was grossed out but committed since my kids were hungrytoo. Will avoid it for sure. Read more
Chipotle is great, I've had their food before in different cities and the quality of food is always amazing. My problem with... this location however is the fact it's very dirty. I feel as if the staff/cleaners aren't cleaning the dine in areas as often asthey should. I went to this location twice and both times the tables were filthy. The bathroom also smelled really bad. I gave Chipotle ample time to respond to my complaint from my order on 11/1 which I submitted via their order survey.... Unfortunately, two weeks have gone by and nothing. So I'm sharing here. I ordered a carnitas burrito. 80% of the burrito wasrice which was a disappointment, but the real kicker came when i bit into the only chunk of meat that was in the burrito, and itwas attached to a 1.5 piece of bone(pictured). We just moved to the area, and prior to this, we've always had good/decentexperience back in IL. Unfortunately, this location has lost our business for good. Read more
It?s very disappointing every time I visit this particular chipotle. Not at all worth your money and time they always run out of... stuff. Sometimes they ran out of rice and sometimes ran out of lettuce/corn/beans. But they do charge completely with no centdiscount. Didn?t even fill a half bowl. I guess they started feeding ants and keep forgetting how much a human consumes. 2 stars just for the taste. There is no... denying the fact that the taste and quality remains good. However, it?s the quantity that keeps degrading over the last fewyears. Ordered a steak bowl and was highly disappointed to see the quantity. Should have opted Tacobell instead. Read more
