I love this place and the owner is a really fun, witty guy! My friends and I did some adult Mac n Cheeses with different meat... toppings to try out. This is the best place I?ve eaten in Bentonville. I stopped in on a whim and glad I did! My sandwich was amazing with just the... right combo of flavors. The pork was smoked just right, and the chutney was fresh with tons of flavor. To top it off, everythingis very reasonably priced. Shut the front door! Tried this joint for the first time and DAYUM! Got the Adult Mac and Cheese and what in the actual hell... have I been missing! This guy's food is top notch. I am SO anxious to try the rest of the menu now! The Mac was cheesy,fluffy and perfectly cooked. The crumble over the top was fantastically flavored and brought just the right texture. Fabulous food truck! Everything we ordered was great: * Beefcake Sandwich * Pua Sandwich * Hodgepodge * Romaine Salad (with... smoked chicken) Honestly, I don't know which was best. If you like Hawaiian inspired, the Pua was my favorite, but it was allvery yummy. Read more

If there?s one complaint I have about the NW Arkansas food scene it would be the lack of creativity and diversity. Crackerjack... is clearly helping to change that issue by offering sandwiches and dishes you won?t find elsewhere. The picnic popkin is an eggsalad sandwich but with fennel and other surprises on a ciabbata roll. I enjoyed this sandwich thou it needed something. For mesomething spicy or at least fresh cilantro to bring it to life was needed. The hodgepodge was interesting but again needed moredepth of flavor or even just some salt. The bbq sauce didn?t have enough flavor to help the potatoes and the fried egg to neededseasoning. All in all it was fine thou the truck is a bit odd having the windows set up high requiring a step ladder to completeyour order and a seriously loud generator made us look for somewhere far away to enjoy our meal. I really loved this place. Owner was friendly and funny. I got the Mac and cheese with meatloaf on top. Mac and cheese was... easily my favorite part, though the meatloaf was good. Definitely my favorite food truck here so far and will be going back! Read more
