This Dunkin' Donuts is the best one I've been to I was coming back from Mercy in Rogers and driving a 49 I felt like having a... pumpkin muffin and a latte I called Dunkin' Donuts the girl said they only had two muffins left I told her where I was on 49 andI asked her if I could possibly save them and then I should be there shortly I even told her I would pay for them right then andthere and just come and pick them up she told me that was not necessary that she will put them on the side for me ask me my nameI told her when I got there I walked in I said hi I had called a little while ago and she said yes Kevin I said yes she handedme my bag with my name on it and it said say for Kevin and it was my two muffins and I was able to get my pumpkin spice latteand I had asked them about the pumpkin muffins when do they get them and they said that they go very quickly when they put themout in the mornings they go basically as soon as they put them out I asked if it would be possible if I called and paid ahead oftime could I reserve like six muffins and they told me absolutely they said that I wouldn't even have to pay ahead of time thatI can call but I could not reserve more than 6 muffins and I said that would not be a problem and they told me that they open at5:00 a.m. and then if I can call as close to 5:00 a.m. as possible so this way they can get my muffin saved for me talking aboutbeing professional polite friendly and the muffins were outrageous as well as the latte and the employees Read more
This location has drastically gone to garbage since 2020. Drive thru was backed up so far you can?t park in their lot. I parked... in a vacancy lot next door walked in today and the managers were standing in the doorway discussing an employee who was yellingat other employees. Incredibly unprofessional. They were out of almost 75% of their donuts. The person working their counter ispoorly trained and has no idea what she?s doing. They left out part of our order at the counter. When we got home we found outthey had left out more of our order. The donuts looked hard and old and the icing was just attached to the bags, not the donuts. Read more
Generally hit this place 1 a week, it used to be more. Seems whether they are busy or slow they mess up the order. Today, no one... in front of me and ordered turkey sausage on english muffin, got regular sausage on a bisquit. It was warm and good, just notwhat I ordered... slow down people and pay attention. Have to say I was super excited about having this but I couldn?t even eat it. It was disgusting!!! Ordered hash browns and I... got 5 & they were soggy . I asked if that was all they put in the hash browns was five because both of my orders came withfive hashbrowns, she said no there should be six. Everytime I go here, they get my order precise. Best fast drive-thru coffee. They may have a line at times but don't let that... steer you away. I get moved through quickly (more so than other places). I am happy I gave them a shot bc now I am a repeatcustomer. :) Read more
Large is a medium. They tried to put extra whipped cream to hide it. The 3 stars is for the sourdough sandwich that slaps.
