Nothing wrong with location or staff. This rating based solely off the "famous cheese steak" the bread does not hold up with... ingredients. Nothing like eating wet soggy bread. My first time with Jersey Mike's. Sadly no one in NWA has a good cheese steakso not sure why I was so excited to try it. Lastly I will update review if I end up returning and trying a cold sub. Sandwiches that are this average should not cost as much as they do. They are ok sandwiches just one step up from Jimmy John's... lettuce sandwiches. Was expecting better. Read more
Every time I go in staff is always friendly and food tastes great the one and only issue I have ever had is a long wait time,... and I couldn?t wait so I left. Every other time has been great! Jersey mikes is good but a little pricey. Read more
I was actually surprised and not upset with my purchase. I originally thought I would be disappointed in the size of the... sandwich I ordered, but I was right on the money. The Original Italian or #13 taste similar to the #2 you can get at Lenny's. Itwas so delicious, I went back and had them make me a salad with the same setup minus the bacon. I was told there's possibly achance a Jersey Mike's will open up in Fayetteville to avoid me driving up or waiting until I work in the area to enjoy anotherdelicious sub. I hope the location will be on Dickson Street instead of Joyce Blvd or MLK Jr., because the students and crowdson Dickson St. would enjoy an alternative to Jimmy John's. Read more
Usually the sandwichs are so good. Today, after eating half, I found a dark hair wrapped in my sandwich between meat and tomato.... Some people think hair isn't a big deal, but it's gross. Hair doesn't go in food. Read more

Ordered the roast beef sandwich Mike's way, sans oil. Roast beef was cooked perfectly. Was not over done and was not dried... out! The mixed up the vinegar and oil the first time, but remade the sandwich quickly and barely added any wait to my time inthe shop. It was a good experience. Read more
Their cold sandwiches are good and fresh. I find that asking for something slightly different from what the sandwich comes with... is worthless. We asked for less oil and received more oil. We asked for no peppers on the cheesesteak but they were on thereanyway. This happened more than once. They are too expensive to get it wrong all of the time. They are also stingy with theonions on a sandwich. Read more
