Very friendly staff. Food was good and they were quick.
Freaky slow and super rude. This is the 2nd time I have come in to order to go and Cashier was rude. They can't even bag up the... sandwiches when you already have your hands full with drinks and bags of chips. Went back on Sunday 7/31/22. It took almost30min to get 2 sandwiches to go. People waiting just to order to they were so swamped and understaffed. Read more

Incredibly slow and could not handle the app orders. People who ordered through the app were waiting 15+ min whereas those who... walked in got their sandwiches in less than 5 min. Super disappointed in this location. Read more
FREAKY SLOW! FREAKY INCOMPETENT STORE! I have gave this location numerous tries only to be disappointed by how slow they are... every single time. Even when you go in the morning hours, the sense of urgency is non existent. The bread runner waits for thereceipt to print before even starting the sandwich, even when its on the computer right in front of her. Then I place an orderonline on a different date and i call 40 minutes after placing the order because its still not out for delivery. Tell them tocancel. Employee assures me he will let manager know to cancel. 10 minutes later and 50 minutes after placing order, the foodsays its out for delivery. Call and speak to manager and she is unapologetic and simply does not care. I have worked at numerousJJ locations throughout the US for over 6 years and have never seen such a poorly managed store. Have been to this location several times and the staff is always welcoming! Very nice group of guys working there. As always,... freaky fast and freaking delicious. Never had a poorly made sub from this location. Love jimmy johns! Read more
