If you order on the app NEVER do curbside. They will push you out to a 20 minute wait once you park. Do drive through pick up... and you'll get your food in a reasonable time frame. Hilariously slow for fast food. Today entered drive through at 11 am, now at 11.25 am still waiting on the reserved spot to get... a quarter pounder with some modifications. The employees here a nice, but it is extremely slow. I placed my order in advance, came here, checked in and sat in the curbside... parking for 18 minutes while new cars continuously drove in and out of the drive thru. I don?t know if this the standardpractice but it feels like people who have placed their order, checked in, AND PAID should not have to wait nearly 20 minuteswhen it could simply be take 1 minute to run the food out. Sorry to do this because this may not be this store's fault. People were friendly, service was fast, and food was good. However,... we ordered a 20pc nugget and when we asked for sauce we were told we had to buy it. I understand buying extra sauce, butcharging for any sauce at all for nuggets is RIDICULOUS. If you want hot food and quick service, do not order inside or order curbside. The priority is very much the drive thru. I... placed a mobile curbside order and waited 15 minutes before finally deciding to go in and check on my order. When I went insidea manager was packing orders, made eye contact with me, but never acknowledged me. She finally asked another employee to take myorder, but she had to ask him 3 times and he never came over. Finally a different manager asked what I needed and I explainedthat I had been outside for over 15 minutes waiting for my curbside order. They still hadn't started my order at this point.While I was waiting for my food, another customer told me that he and his family waited for over 25 minutes for their food andthey were dining in. The service was slow. I ordered a "crispy" (I use that term VERY loosely). It was NOT crispy and only had 2 sad looking pickle... slices on it. When I got hone I removed those sad little pickles and added mayo. Definitely did not get my money's worth. Ridiculous. Read more
This store is filthy dirty. Toilet paper needs refilled in both stalls in the woman?s restroom. The floor is nasty. Left side of... the drink machine was out of ice, there was no sweet tea and the drink station was also nasty. It?s 2:12pm and we?re not in themiddle of a breakfast, lunch or dinner rush. This is a very slow McDonald's. I always use the app to order, and it saves no time. I have gone inside multiple times and... waited 15+ minutes each time, even once just for a large french fry. I have used curbside and waited 20+ minutes, only one,never doing that again. Really, drive-thru is the best option as it seems like everyone in the store is focused on that. Thedining room is always really gross. The food is consistent with most McDonald's. Never get any napkins, and I always forget toask, that's my bad, though. Read more
