We love the food. But every single time we go we are in line for 45 minutes to an hour. Absolutely insane. Tonight we jumped in... line at 7:00 and we are just getting to the window and it?s 7:56. Blows me away. Somehow need to figure out how to make thefast food faster. Read more
I placed an order online and got to the window and was told they could not give me any chicken/any part of my order. They... refused to make my order because they were short staffed and closed at 8pm. Which is only listed in the drive through. Onlything they had was 5 chicken tenders(according to the employee )This is the first time I had an issues with this location. I decided to stop and get myself and my kiddos chicken sandwiches. The wait is horrible but what was really bad, when I got home... and started cutting into one of the sandwiches I was shocked to see it wasn?t fully cooked. Had to wait for CHICKEN basic chicken for 10 min and was told if I wanted a mis of spices (original and spicy) it would be a 30... minute wait. It's a CHICKEN restaurant specializing in FAST food. Worse experience ever. I did not receive the food I ordered. I got someone else?s food. The lady even read my order back to me... and even looked in bag. Got home, and went through the bag and realized it was not ours. I tried to call them but got a messagestating that the carrier is not accepting calls at this moment. So I took I video that it won?t let me upload. The chickenlooked like it had been under a heat lamp for hours, biscuits were hard, the fries were all cold and soggy. The cole slaw waswarm and had pickles in it. A whole bunch of food trashed. Horrible. I took a video of my receipt and the order I got. Will beshowing up to the restaurant as soon as they open.
