Worse experience ever. I did not receive the food I ordered. I got someone else?s food. The lady even read my order back to me... and even looked in bag. Got home, and went through the bag and realized it was not ours. I tried to call them but got a messagestating that the carrier is not accepting calls at this moment. So I took I video that it won?t let me upload. The chickenlooked like it had been under a heat lamp for hours, biscuits were hard, the fries were all cold and soggy. The cole slaw waswarm and had pickles in it. A whole bunch of food trashed. Horrible. I took a video of my receipt and the order I got. Will beshowing up to the restaurant as soon as they open. We love the food. But every single time we go we are in line for 45 minutes to an hour. Absolutely insane. Tonight we jumped in... line at 7:00 and we are just getting to the window and it?s 7:56. Blows me away. Somehow need to figure out how to make thefast food faster. Read more

I placed an order online and got to the window and was told they could not give me any chicken/any part of my order. They... refused to make my order because they were short staffed and closed at 8pm. Which is only listed in the drive through. Onlything they had was 5 chicken tenders(according to the employee )This is the first time I had an issues with this location. Alsothe employee could not tell me how to get a refund in the app he was unaware. Worst experience ever. Hire people or close thelocation. Read more

I decided to stop and get myself and my kiddos chicken sandwiches. The wait is horrible but what was really bad, when I got home... and started cutting into one of the sandwiches I was shocked to see it wasn?t fully cooked. I?m glad I cut into them and my kidsweren?t fed raw chicken. Buyer beware.. I love Popeyes but I draw the line at raw chicken. Read more

Had to wait for CHICKEN basic chicken for 10 min and was told if I wanted a mis of spices (original and spicy) it would be a 30... minute wait. It's a CHICKEN restaurant specializing in FAST food. Extremely disappointed after the horrible wait time and theextra greasy food. Won't be back anytime soon Read more

After two order checks they still got it wrong and shorted me an entree. They acted incredulous when I returned for the missing... food items for my family. Also, they don?t even have an open dining room so I had to wait in the drive through line multipletimes just to be treated like a scammer. Read more

I called to place an order. I wanted a 10 piece meal. I was told they do not do that with out a coupon (You do it online with... out a coupon is this a new policy?) I was told you don't have an 11 piece, but you do online. I then asked, what do you haveavailable and I was hung up on after a big heavy breath was given. Leave if you don't want to work. Period. Lobby always closed. Food is good, employees are nice. But you need to open the lobby.
