By the time you get someone's food (because it most likely won't be yours) you could and should have gone to the Rogers... location. If you come on the slowest times of the day it's good and fresh and worth eating. Expect a 20+ minute wait if you areclose to the peak times. Also when they get busy they get RUDE especially the man on register. 2 stars because after your 30minute wait they compensate you with 2 free brownies. This recently built store got off on the right foot. The staff is well-trained and just the right type of cordial. The food has... never been bad, even when I order the grilled tenders. The wait time when dining in ranges from "normal" to "surprisinglyshort". Read more
Fast and friendly, always got what I wanted. I was not impressed with the portion size of the mushrooms. Every time I get them,... it's always a different amount which is very disappointing. This time they messed up my drink, I asked what flavor lemonadesthey carry and requested one of those, instead I got a freaking sweet tea. Read more
Ordered three meals. Timeliness in the middle of lunch rush, decent. Food order received, hot. Tenders, a little salty, but... juicy, right amount of breading and decent size. Fries, no salt and super greasy, they also had a weird aftertaste like someonedidn't filter or change the oil in the fryer. Very accessible and easy to get in and out. All staff are friendly and swift to answer any questions. My only criticism is that... there are a few times that my order is messed up (Ex. Missing salad) but good overall. Amazing fries. Read more
3/22 update: I've now visited this location several times. Second time in I received my food in exactly 2 minutes and it was... incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. No complaints at all. I always dine in... never drive-through. Sounds like all badreviews are from the drive-through. I have no experience with that. Original review: Delicious! Received food in 5 minutes,dine in. Tenders were fresh and juicy. Potato salad is incredible as always. No complaints with this first visit and I?ll beback? this location is perfect for me on my drive back home after a bike ride. And give the kids some slack? location justopened this week so they?re still ironing out the kinks and developing skills to work as a team, but I didn?t experience anyissues whatsoever with this visit, take that for what you will. My girlfriend and I have been to a few different locations and always had great service and the food was how it was ordered. We... were excited to see this location opening with being close to Centerton. We have been here multiple time, service and accuracyto orders has been going down hill. This evening, it was slow and thinking the order would be great. Turns out the salad wasgetting hot with being packed with the hot food, the chicken not even tossed, another meal hardly had sauce, and missing addedsauces (the lady even told me the extras were in there). After leaving the drive-thru (waiting about 15mins), I decided it wouldbe best to get this order corrected with going inside. A different lady apologizes about the mess up and got the meals remade,it was a little better- the tenders were still lacking the amount of sauces they were shaken in. Now we understand why theRogers and the other bentonville locations are always busy, meals hot, fresh, and the tenders are actually shaken in therequested sauce.
