Went through drive thru at 9:36pm on 10/26. Greeted at speaker with a cat sound, meow. Odd but moved on and ordered. I think... he had trouble hearing me because he had me repeat myself 3 or 4 times, seemed a bit lost throughout my order. I ordered asteak quesadilla extra crispy and a large mountain dew. I got home and it was like the quesadilla had not been cooked at all. Cheese was not melted, quesadilla was limp. You can still see the shredded cheese in the photo, not melted. Danny, accordingto my receipt, was in the window and seemed like he did not care at all about his job and annoyed I had come to order food. Food was regular Taco Bell. Most tables were dirty and only one other couple eating inside besides us. We waited for someone to... bring our food, or call our order for pickup. Finally my husband came up to counter, and a bag of food was sitting by self.Three guys just standing there, said yes that's your order. Looks like they could of made a better effort to get us our food. We were so hungry from 4 hours work doing volunteer grave stone cleaning. American's need to have better pride in their work nomatter your job. My husband worked his younger life in fast food, and always worked to satisfy customers. Always check your bag before you leave. Taco Bell is already pretty bad about messing orders up in general, but this location in... particular has messed up my order *most* of the time when I come here. The food is great and a really good deal, but it's justreally frustrating when I realize I didn't get what I paid for and I have to go back to get it fixed 80% of the time. Read more
Not a good experience. This location was out of Mexican Pizza shells. I asked to have a Crunchy Gordita for a substitute to... avoid the headache of getting a refund through the app. No problem they accommodated. However, the gordita crunch only hadmeat, no cheese between the shells or veggies on the inside. The crunch wrap was only meat and no veggies as well. We wereshorted a Taco AND the Tacos we did receive had cold meat in them. Read more
Outstanding people at this location in Bentonville! Joseph at the counter made sure to welcome us and make sure we taken care... of. I understand the manager was working in the kitchen tonight. The food was fresh and delicious. Great job, everyone! Read more
i ordered a spicy potato soft taco with no lettuce and this is what they gave me! i give them props for getting the no lettuce... right but WHAT!!! also they were talking bad about their manager the whole time i was there! Read more
Got there at 9:30pm. They were out of ground beef but said steak was an option. I know everyone is having supply chain issues, ... but the staff was friendly and apologized. Anyway ordered the steak, had to pay the up charge, but that's not on me you don'thave what I wanted...but ok. However the Mexican pizza had maybe 4 pieces of steak total so basically I had a bean pizza. And itsaid 2 Supreme tacos, however I got no sour cream. Also again each taco had 3 pieces of steak. Decent amount of shredded cheeseat least. Oh and the fire sauce was ???? Hopefully better luck next time ???? Read more
