This was a fairly odd restaurant from my normal but *delicious*. The pig ear nachos were the only sort of "meh" dish for me.... They weren't bad but definitely very filling and messy. Glad I tried them though. They taste like pork rinds covered incheese All of the drinks were excellent. I got the bees knees which was sweet but not too much. I preferred my SIL's pineapplehabanero margarita. The charcuterie board was *amazing*. The duck and "Missouri" bacon were *chef kiss* delicious. Mystepbrother got the bloody Mary flight. I hate blood marys but the bacon one I would actually drink (though probably never orderas I really hate tomato juice). I was surprised there was one I didn't want to spit out immediately. I'm not sure what they didbut it surprised me they were drinkable even though I hate them. My SB says the same thing. He hates bloody marys but lovesthese. My main dish was the catfish and it was spectacular. Juicy and tender. The grits I didn't really enjoy but I'm not fondof pimento cheese. The chicken and waffles was excellent. The ribs were fall apart amazing. The flatbread was super freshtasting. I must say the staff worked seamlessly together. I'm sorry I don't have a picture of the food from this place but they were absolutely amazing! We were in from Fort Smith and... building a deck for the weekend and this was a place that was referred to us. I remember it was extremely hot outside but thefood and service inside was absolutely phenomenal. All the way down to the dessert. I did post a picture of myself on a climbbecause I just wanted to indicate a tiny bit about the type of person giving the review. My fiance, her brother and myself alldined at this restaurant and we all three unanimously agreed that the food and service were amazing. We are outdoors fun lovingpeople that are hard workers. Food is tasty! The chicken club spicy fried chicken sandwich is pretty darn hot ???? but delivers great flavor. The veggies on... it were also fresh tasting. I may have to request less spice if it's possible the next time we visit. Service is always greatand the beer on tap was fresh tasting. The location is great off the square and close enough for a pit stop while biking thetrails near the museum. Read more

Really wasn?t as impressed as I wanted to be here. The food quality didn?t match the price. Steak tasted boiled and had no sear,... burger was good but not great, chicken ok sorta dry. The pork grinds and fritter apps were great though. Good staff, niceambiance. Read more

Great spot in a great location, near the square in Bentonville. The catfish was very flavorful and prepared perfectly. The... ?which came first? was amazing. The chicken and waffle was perfect with a fried egg on top to top it off. VERY good. The bloodyMary?s were amazing. The ?sweet and spicy? is by far the best. You can get a single or a flight. I was in town to officiate a wedding and we decided to have lunch here. The food was excellent! He had the chicken club sandwich... and it was the best chicken sandwich I've ever tried. For our first experience at Tusk & Trotter we were impressed with all the flavors that we got in every bite with each item. We... tried the Arkansas Fritters, the Flintstone, Blackened Chicken Club, pickled veggies, Flourless Brownie and to the Hibiscussparking wine!
