I came in an hour before they closed. While myself and partner were eating, a lady was vacuuming her section that was right next... to where I was eating. While that was happening, I could taste the dust in the air from the vacuum. The server didn?t apologizeand got about 2 feet away from us while vacuuming. My partner got a vanilla iced coffee, she asked for extra vanilla. He didn?tput the extra. She tried drinking it and asked for creamer. The server looked at her and asked with attitude and said ?creamer??He made her feel stupid and he rolled his eyes, so yes disappointed. We normally love Village Inn. We were very disappointed when we ate at this one though. We Came in like an hour before they... closed. And the table me and my partner were sitting at a lady was SERIOUSLY vacuuming all near our tables. And all we couldtaste was the dust in the air from the vacuum. Also our server was VERY rude. I got vanilla iced coffee and I asked him to putextra vanilla and extra creamer in it and he didn?t? So after i was trying to drink my coffee it wasn?t getting better so Iasked if he could please bring me extra creamer he caught an attitude and made me feel so stupid for asking for extra creamer.He said ?Extra Creamer?????????? and rolled his eyes. This is by far my favorite place for breakfast, brunch, or breakfast for dinner!! The service is good, wait times aren't... typically that long, coffee is always fresh and wonderful. If you like sweet breakfast foods, they got you! If you prefersavory breakfast foods, they still got you. I personally love getting the build your own breakfast with strawberry crepes whenwanting something sweet, and if I want something more healthy but still delicious I'll get the veggie skillet ???? gosh I'mhungry just thinking about it!! They also have some amazing pie options, why not grab a slice! Have it there, or get it togo! Overall a wonderful place, with amazing people, family friendly, and pretty adorable! Great food and service. Have lived here for over 10 years but have only recently been introduced to Village Inn. Have had... several great meals - both breakfast and lunch as well as takeout. Service is fast and friendly and food is great. Read more
First time we had a bad meal. Ordered eggs, hash browns, hamburger patty and English muffin. Eggs were good. Hash browns were... crisp on top but really raw in the middle. Hamburger patty was very dry. English muffin was barely toasted so it was simply warmbread with melted butter. Very disappointing as usually the breakfasts are good. Read more
Our food was DELICIOUS and Deena our waitress was a delight. We had a skillet and country fried steak.
Despite it being a chain, it feels like a family-run restaurant, and everything was well-prepared and delicious. Service was... quick, and Janessa was a terrific server who answered questions and offered great suggestions. Read more
