I just tried this place. I got a leg and a wing just to try. If the chicken is good I'll be back for the whole shabang. Let me... tell you what I took a bite and I saw the clouds open up and a light shine down. The chicken was perfectly juicy the breadingwas perfect had great spices. Been coming down to NWA for the last 5-6 years and just discovered this gem! The staff here is super friendly and food is... soooooo good! We ordered the fried chicken, tenders and the wings with collared greens, green beans, man and cheese, coleslaw,mashed potatoes and the fried okra and all were so good! Here is my list of favs for the sides in order of best to still good(nothing was bad!): 1. Coleslaw 2. Collared Greens or green beans 3. Fried Okra 4. Mashed potatoes 5. The chicken had little seasoning if any. Was offered and accepted hot sauce. My two sides were Collard Greens and Mac n Cheese.... As far as Soul food goes this fell flat. I would expect 2 or 3 cheeses in the Mac n Cheese and seasoning on the chicken andgreens. Read more

Stopped in late. Bought the 3 piece chicken tender with fries. Had them put the garlic Parmesan sauce on the chicken. Excellent!... Fries were seasoned nicely. Got chocolate cake for desert. Will definitely eat there again Read more

Soul food for your soul. Looking for down home comfort food then you're in the right spot. Service is good and the dishes are... even better. Highly recommend checking the menu to see what the daily special is as they are different every day of the week.They have catering and can accommodate large requests. Will be going back to try a few more of the daily specials. Put them downon your list too. Read more

Glad they re-opened Williams Soul Food. Had their catfish tonight and as always it's on point. Buddy had the chicken fried steak... with white gravy and that was also on point. Next time I'll definitely be ordering my favorite food which is their Toya bonelesswings. Great atmosphere and great staff. Read more

WOW We were impressed. This is not fast food and the family that runs it are really nice. The place smells like grandmas house... on Sunday when she made fried chicken. I had heard that they make fresh pork rinds and how. Oh my they are the best . I hadnever had fresh pork rinds before and they put the bagged ones to shame. I had the chicken fried steak and it was good, my wifehad fried catfish and it was really good. Lots of sides to choose from. Baked been a had big chunks of meat and weregreat. The French fries are REAL and HOMEMADE. Really good. Nice cornbread muffin with real butter and good sweettea. Excellent service from another family member and pie to take home. We will be back.
