Bought an 8 wings meal for kids. Soggy fries. Oily wings. Utter disappointment. No more visits to this location.
Where do I start - upon entering the building the stench of sewage was overwhelming - looked like 6 to 8 staff were in the... kitchen which looked like wing stop gone wild - looked like a group of kindergartners having fun .The guy that asked about mycall in order couldn?t find it and then walked through the kitchen and out the back door - and in 7 minutes hadn?t returned -finally I yelled to the guys in the kitchen and ask about my order - needless to say this place needs a good cleaning and someleadership , then after the wait and 2 minute drive to my house the fries were cold Read more

My daughter ordered us a nice dinner through door dash with her hard earned money. We have ordered Wing Stop many times and it?s... always been really good, not this time. The garlic Parmesan chicken tenders had nothing on them, just plain. The fries were cutas big wedge fries that were not cooked and were hard. I also found a hair on my fries. When I called and spoke with managementthey said they weren?t responsible for anything door dash is responsible. Door dash didn?t cook our food. Read more
Wife got take-out from this Bentoville location. For starters the wait time was 25 minutes for a small order, secondly the staff... at the register was condensing and rude when she asked to make sure 3 ranch were added to the order. When my wife tried callingtheir attention to make sure, she was blatantly ignored followed by a "what do you need" once she was finally acknowledged. Whenwe got home the fries were completely cold and stale, those fries had been sitting there for hours and still they thought weregood enough to serve. Wing Stop is a good place to eat, but skip on this location, not worth your time and money. Read more
I've eaten here on takeout and dine in..I was on a doordash today. Wingstop was super busy and my order was out in a few... minutes. Staff was very professional and polite. To all doordashes just confirm orders as Wingstop requests and be polite to thestaff we are all professionals and have a job to do. Now I would personally recommend this place as the best wing place handsdown in the area!!! Read more
Good place for some wings and their fries are delicious .. they are almost like a salty sweet taste on them!! There is hot... cheese sauce that stuff is pretty good too to dip some fries in! Mango habanero is my favorite! The Hawaiian one is okay... Iprefer the hotness!! Only gave this place Three stars because we haven?t actually been inside and ate there. We just usuallypick it up! I ordered 10 boneless wings and kept getting upsold on adding other items. Including being charged ranch without telling me it's... an extra charge nor did I ask for it in the 1st place.
