The wait around the building is ridiculous, went in and still had to wait a full cook time for a "hot n ready"... seems like... either the management isn't keeping track of on hands to ensure the actual READY part of hot n ready, or this place is top ofsales in Kentucky and can't keep up with the 15k population town of berea. Very friendly crew. I only waited 5 minutes for 2 pizzas (hot and ready) with cheesy bread. The drive thru was pretty full and... they were very busy. The kid working brought it right out to my car. Great job! Read more
Ordered a normal pepperoni and it appears to be thin crust. Part of the pizza is a little thicker.
Like every other review on here, I can attest that this Little Caesar?s NEVER has anything ?hot and ready.? I?ve came many times... between the hours of 4-8, and it doesn?t matter if they?re busy or if I?m the only customer, they only thing they have is aregular pepperoni pizza. Anything else on the menu will be a 20+ minute wait. I?ve never felt the need to write a review untiltoday. I asked very politely if they had 3 supposedly ?hot and ready? menu items available and received a super hateful, snarkyreply for each one. This isn?t the first time either. I'll never be back at this store again. Patricia and Brittany supposedly was their names (that's the names they gave us and were... supposedly the managers)were very rude and didn't want to give their GM's name hung up on my husband. I gave an hr heads up for8 pizzas and they claimed they had to have a 2 hr notice. Well I'll give props to Mount Vernon for having 8 done in 25 mins. Read more
