I'm constantly amazed at the new lows I experience at this McDonald's. It's a McDonald's, I don't have high standards, but this... place somehow always manages to disappoint. This evening I went through the drive through and ordered two McChicken sandwiches.That was it, nothing complicated about the order. When I finally received my food, I thought the bag seemed a little light and,sure enough, they only gave me one sandwich. When I went inside to collect my second sandwich, I got to wait for a while untilsomeone asked if I had been waited on. I explained that I was missing one sandwich, and the woman working there informed me thatthey only rang me up for one before walking away. Great. Aside from the abysmal service, the floors were sticky and therestaurant stunk. I don't think I'll be returning any time soon. Read more
I hate to give a bad review, but giving a good review to bad service doesn?t help get things corrected or let others know what... to expect. After sitting for my drink only order for 15 minutes, I called in to ask delay. Manager said I would have to come insince it must not came through. I even give my order # so no I never went in waisted 30 minutes total ended up at circle kcheaper price than a dollar and better customer service. You need Reece back. This is my favorite McDonald's! One day I went through the drive thru here and ordered a burger. I asked for everything on the... side and they did just that! They put each individual component of my burger in its own box. Build a burger! It was the bestsurprise of my life, opening every box to see what I got. Did I get cheese, the bun, pickles? I never knew till I opened a box.It was so fun! 10/10 recommend especially for a birthday! Read more
They said they weren't able to take any orders because they were the only person in the store. I don't blame that employee but... the management. The hours should reflect closing time until they are better staffed. Read more
