I have always loved this Pizza Hut. The last two times I had a problem with my order but let it go. Tonight I paid for an... ingredient that was not on the pizza and there was a hair in one slice. When I called the person who proclaimed to be the ?manager? was the not only rude but basically called me a liar. Saying they did not have anyone there with long hair when thegentleman that checked me out had almost shoulder length hair. I am manager myself and would never think of treating a customerso poorly. No wonder they have lost their star rating down to 3. So very sad. Read more
I have to say this Pizza Hut is the worst experience that I have ever had. They get the orders wrong about every time. Mistakes... happen but when 3 items cost 52 dollars you really don?t want an attitude thrown at you when you want it fixed. Other workersthere are really nice but poor management. Read more
So unless you want burnt, and cold pizza DO NOT order Pizza Hut in Berea. Not mention it took over an hour to get my order and I... had to cut my own pizza and everything else in the order I had to fix to.. PS, I live 3 minutes away? Anyways? I ordered my kidspizza on July 20th, and they gave me a cold, brick like pizza. None of us could eat it. So I called and spoke with a boy aboutgetting a credit so when I want another pizza I can get it, he said ?yes the credit will be there when you order anotherpizza.? If I order a 3 topping pizza with just 1 topping, I shouldn't be charged for extra cheese! Papa John's doesn't charge me. We... should stop paying extra. They've already reduced the amount of cheese and now they're charging an extra $2.25 for it even whenI don't get my allotted toppings!!! Read more
Been nice if the pizza was cut. Also tasted like it had been sitting in a warmer for a while. Rubbery and chewy. Had a few... people over and everyone was hungry. This is the 2nd time the food wasn't great. Bet there won't be a 3rd time. I've heard somany people fuss about this place. Makes ya wonder who is managing and leading this place down the drain. I don?t know why so many bad reviews, I think people are just chronically wanting to complain since covid hit ! My pizza is... always good with lots of toppings, it?s always hot, and the workers are mostly young boys but they are nice enough. I use to love Pizza Hut but unfortunately their food quality and customer service has severely declined. Multiple times now I... have placed orders that were incomplete or wrong. My last order I asked for heavy marinara sauce and fit my pizza to be ?uncut?.I did not get extra/heavy sauce and my pizza was cut when I received it. They have done nothing to resolve the issues and actedlike they didn?t care when I made them aware of the issues. If you want hot, fresh, accurate orders, go elsewhere! Read more
