They do not honor daily specials sent via the app and through text message. I go here way too often and until here recently has... the costumer service been so bad. They need to do better! I made a mobile order. I waited 30 minutes to get my food after checking in. The food was not hot, as if it had been sitting... around for a while. The woman who brought out my food said she was working the window but was helping because the carhops we'reso behind. The place was not full. Also my breakfast burrito was about half the size it normally is. My companion got chilicheese tots, and had the same issues. Why are they skipping on the portion sizes? If they think they're saving money, what willhappen when they lose their customers? Also, several of the kiosk screens seemed to not be working. Just a poor experience allaround. Read more

Took my granddaughter to Sonic and this is supposed to be a medium chili cheese tot(pic), her side tots were cold and the... container wasn't even full. The bill was 23.29(pic). And I know tots don't cost that much. The granddaughter did get honeybarbecue popcorn chicken and we did get two Sonic blast. Sonic has the best Cherry Limeade and other mixed drinks! They have really good Ice Cream treats, as well. The breakfast food is... better than the lunch/dinner selection, and it's cool that you can purchase breakfast all day long. I don't go here very often,but when I do, I'm typically not disappointed. On dec 1st 2022, I went through and got a number 12 (popcorn chicken), and got on the road to bite into the chicken for it to be... raw. I called and the Guy who answered the phone (Eddie) was so nice, and put my name down to get a replacement!! I?ve never hadto do that but was thankful! Today, December 7th, I finally had the chance to go back for my replacement order, only foreverything to be so HARD, and cold, and I am also positive they gave me unsweetened tea instead of sweet tea.
