I used to eat at this Subway at least once or twice a week, because I work close. However, I have not seen the manager wear... anything on her head to hold her long hair back. And her hair is always dangling down in her face over the food. I walk in andsee her and walk right back out! That's disgusting! I eat at this subway pretty often and most of the staff is awesome but one time will ruin it all. I didn't catch her name... because she wouldn't tell me but the manager up there is a force to be reckoned with. Watch the kids slice his thumb wide openand she couldn't have cared less yelling at the other kid in the back. Like eight people on the line. Has to be the worstexperience I've had at the subway. A bit understaffed during a busy rush. 2 workers making sandwiches and another sat down and watched cracking jokes while the... line was out to the door. Sandwiches were good, though. I didn't order it, but they were out of tuna on Friday when tuna isadvertised as the daily special. A couple of customers walked out disappointed. Read more
The manager was the person who waited on me. Jerica. I simply requested for my sandwich to be cut in half before putting the... veggies on it because we were waiting it and the other person is allergic to what I wanted on my side. She refused and said itwas protocol and I would be charged for 2 sandwiches. I said no it's not. That only applies if the Meats and bread are differentwhich they were not. The sandwich was exactly the same up until the veggies. I'm not sure how many times this child told me shewas the manager and how if I could run the store to go ahead. All that for a simple request to split the sandwiches and wrapthem separately. Not the first bad service from her either. I know you close at 9pm but literally went to walk to the door at 8:30 to get 2 very simple sandwiches. The girl seen us and ran... and locked the door before we could get to it. Then she ran to the back. Even tho the open sign was still on. I called and I gothung up on. Was literally having a horrible day and wanted a sandwich but.. literally ran to lock it. It be different if theorder took longer than 5 min. Or it was a sit down restaurant that had to serve us. Read more
The food was pretty good. But, I was a little disappointed. Subway has been advertising their new sub sandwiches. So, I got... coupons in the mail. I was excited, my husband and I really wanted to try them. So we went, 12/321, I gave them my coupons andthey told me that I couldn't use them. The coupons didn't apply to their new sub's. My sandwich was amazing. The workers were also very friendly and helpful. The cookies were fresh and the best. No wait time so I... got my food quickly and still great tasting. I would definitely recommend coming here. Read more
