Order online then come in for your food, and expect every employee walking past the counter to look right at you and say... nothing, even when your food is there and you're looking right at it. But don't dare tell the manager this or his tone willinsinuate that you're the one with a problem. Reprehensible. Read more
Absolutely the worse restaurant in Madison Co. Myself along with 8-10 other customers waited an hour for our food. After the guy... in front of me waited 40 mins, he asked the manager Abby, about his order, she checked the order screens, it was obvious theycouldn't find his order. Abby didn't have enough respect to apologize and tell the guy they lost his order, she hid in the backand sent a young kid to tell the guy. When the guy rightfully got upset, Abby got mad, was cussing and slinging food. The guystill waited 10 more mins for his food. I told the manager and other workers I didn't want my food and wanted my money back.After Abby was very unprofessional and slung the guys food on the counter, he told her he want her name, her bosses name andcorporate number, Abby leaves me standing at the register waiting on my refund and the other 7-8 customers, that had beenwaiting just as long, waiting on their food while she makes a phone call. After she gets off the phone she continued to hide inthe back. Finally she came to the register to refund my money, that is when I figured out the manager didn't know how to workthe register. She walked away, got her phone out again and made a phone call. The lady working the drive thru register ended updoing my refund. Instead of apologizing, Abby was very unprofessional and hateful, almost like it was our fault she couldn't doher job. Read more
I live in this town, and every time, and I do mean every single time we go to this store the order is messed up. It is either... missing items, made wrong, wrong items given, cold food, broken shells, soggy shells. The list goes on and on. I was there 15min ago and got handed the 100% wrong order, and when I informed that was not my order they got a attitude and shut the door.When I was handed the correct food I got no sauces and my taco was in a million pieces. I have never seen a worse run store inmy life. The franchise owners should be ashamed to called that thier store. Read more
Had to wait at the screen to order. I'm sure it's due to being short handed like everywhere else. But how do you forget the... meat? Everybody makes mistakes, but it is frustrating to pay premium prices for an incomplete order. ???????? Read more
Usually this location is sub par but god if your hungry for empty shells this is your place. Ordered food at 10pm on Thurs Nov... 28. Ill try one more time with this location but that's it. I don't wanna pay 20 bucks for a back full of shells. Read more

But because they raised their prices because they required to paytheir staff more. My husbandand I enjoyed our Crunchwraps. They were delicious and filling. I loved how it actually was crunchy unlike some of the one's Ihave received in the past. Just wanna say you all need to check your crew, the woman at the window who has nasty long white finger nails (not appropriate... for fast food). My mother waited for sauce after the window close, and the lady came back and just stared very nasty at mymother. My mother has been nothing but polite this whole time, just for the woman to come back and take a tone with her, veryhatefully!
