Waited in the drive thru for a typical amount of time only to be brought someone else's order, then after they brought our food... and we informed them, we watched the employee carry the bag of food we had just told her we opened and went through not a minuteprior to the car that ordered it. I go to this location often; They always get something wrong with my order. Or food is cold. The amount of time I wait in line;... everything should be fresh. Its rarely accommodated either. The new Manager there is sweet and if given the chance she will goabove for you however; making the coworkers get her is the problem. The retaliated attitude is sad too; I've worked in customerservice for 10+ years. If you dont have the mental capacity to work with the public then just dont do it or recognize you've hada bad day and take a sit down. Read more
I ordered a couple honey butter chicken biscuits for breakfast. Their honey butter is so good. The only real complaint i have is... that their chicken is so thick its almost hard to tell if its cooked all the way. Read more
What a great group they have working there. They were very busy and a little behind but everyone was still smiling and cheerful.... Had to pull up and wait a min and sometimes in that situation your sandwich might not be too pretty. NOT. Double burger lookedjust like the picture!!! Just had to say, great team people! Keep it up!! The food was great and the female cashier was very nice and well mannered but everything else about the place was not so great.... They had a lot of flies, the bathroom wasn't the cleanest and our food took forever to get to us. Plus a customer came incomplaining from the drive thru that they messed up her order more than once. I'm hoping it was just an off day. The workersaid it had been like that all day. Read more
Nice wait for the small amount of people inside. Drive-thru was busy I guess. Numerous wondering workers with nothing to do... somehow the gentleman behind me was ready to leave before my simple sandwich was placed in the bag. A lot of tension betweenfemales working there I think. Read more
Ordered a taco salad- literally got lettuce and cheese?.
Gave me the wrong person's food after making us wait. Came back out and gave us the correct order but gave the other order to... the gentleman that ordered it AFTER I HAD HANDLED IT. Also, they seemingly don't understand what no cheese means. Ordered anumber 9 with no cheese, they stuffed a piece of cheese underneath everything where I didn't even see it when I checked theburger at their location. Instead of resolving this over the phone like I wanted because mistakes do happen, they have theirphone set to go straight to a busy signal. So instead I'm gonna have to leave this review. Read more
