I only liked my experience at Burger King. When I walked in, the cashier met me right away with "Can I help you?" Which I... thought was ok, but 30 seconds later asked again when I was standing about 7ft from the counter. I told her I needed more time.When I figured out what I wanted (Which was a "Spicy Texas Double Whopper"). The cashier asked if I wanted to make it a meal? Itappeared as though she was a new hire. I said no, and for some reason, she asked for a manager. The manager took over the order.Along with my sandwich, I got a 4pc mozzarella sticks. My mom ordered an original chicken sandwich, and small fries. When I gothome, everything seemed fine, my mom had no complaints. I opened mine up, and it looked huge. I had to cut it in half, to fit itinto my mouth. The sandwich was good, the mozzarella sticks in my opinion where too thin to really taste the mozzarella. One of the better BK franchise locations in all of the area. Service is high quality, sandwiches are not sloppily made and the... drive through moves fast. Would recommend it to anyone needing a quick bite. Read more
Definitely the worst Burger King I?ve ever been to. They take at least 5-10 minutes to make each order even if there?s only 1-2... customers. Which doesn?t make sense because the food is never hot or fresh. The younger blonde female at the first drive thruwindow seems to have bad hygiene, her hands and face are always dirty and cut up. She makes me wait at the first window for 3-5minutes before pulling up and she watches the kitchen with a horrified face while I hear banging and screaming coming from thekitchen staff. I ordered a Whopper, mozzarella sticks, and fries... Needless to say it wasn't worth the $10 I spent. The mozz sticks had been... sitting so long the breading was dark brown (almost burnt) and the cheese was rock hard, I'm talking harder than string cheesestraight out the fridge. So they went straight to the trash, the large fry was closer to the size of a medium but they weren'tvery fresh either. Get it together, BK. The BK on West Bagley Road in Berea has had some "staffing shortages". In my opinion that's sugar coating... it. Why does BK have a problem keeping employees? Literally the worst burger king I have ever been to. They are slow and incompetent. They used to have an employee that would... make me feel uncomfortable every time. If there are more than two cars in the drive thru, prepare to be there over 20 min. Read more
