Placed an online order for delivery and it got canceled. I waited a bit and called the store directly. Placed another order with... a person and was told it?d be 30-40 minutes. Waited an hour with no updates. Called again and got an automatic message my orderwas cancelled. Read more
Not so much a review of this store because they were closed, but their call center took my order (I think, because no one there... spoke English) , got my credit card info and told me pickup would be ready in 10 to 20 minutes. When I arrived for carry outthe store wasn't even going to open for another hour. When I tried to contact corporate they make you jump through so manyhoops it's impossible to complain. We ordered online and were given an estimated wait time of about 1 hour. After an hour and a half, our order was still in the... "preparing" stage so we called to ask for an update. We were told it would be at least ANOTHER hour and a half, putting it at 3hours past the time of the order. We cancelled, ordered Papa John's, and had our pizza from them in under 30 minutes. Iunderstand short staffing but the complete lack of communication on such a long delay past the estimate is what bothers me. Read more

Horrible. I understand how understaffed businesses are right now but over 2 hours when promised delivery time is a ridiculous... estimate of 30 minutes and my order still wasn't out for delivery. No idea when it would arrive, no idea when my refund wouldbe processed. Management didn't seem to care one bit. I literally live 1.7 miles from this location and over 2 hours still nodelivery CRAZINESS. stick with Pizza Hut!!! Maybe it was because she appeared to be by herself, but the person working was very rude. First, no one was out front when I... came in. Second, she never asked my name when she came out. Third, she tossed my pizza on the counter grabbed my pop from thecooler, said here and went back to what she was doing. No thanks for stopping in, no have a good day, nothing. I ordered delivery well before closing. They canceled my order the SECOND the clock hit half hour before close. I called the... number to at least try and place my order, and sat on hold until they actually WERE closed. There's a reason they were my lastchoice: they were open. Now, they're not even that. Boooooo. Edit: 2 months later, I placed an order online, around 10:30 pm.Says they close at midnight. Again, they took my order, took my MONEY, and an hour later, no food.... I called the number, andthey were closed. AGAIN. I was transferred to the next closest store, where I was pretty much told I was out of luck (and out ofabout $45),and I should see a credit. No credit, no pizza, and no help! I'm no Karen, but the person I spoke with at the "nextclosest open store" was less than helpful too. I could hardly understand the guy, and I had to ask him again & again to repeathimself. End story: my order never came, and by the time I found outit wasn't GOING to, it was too late to even pick up an orderat the next closest store. They literally ran out the clock on my freaking dinner. (twice, now. Maybe this is my fault. Fool meonce, shame on you, fool me twice... Ugh.) These guys are total garbage as a pizza place.
