I'm so sad to give this place only 1 star because I had been going here every Wednesday night for their trivia night with my... family for almost a year now. We always had good food and service until tonight. This evening one of the bartenders wasextremely rude to my husband and I. Even though the manager claimed that she would be reprimanded she continued to work hershift.. needless to say, my family and I will never return to or spend another dime at this place! Reservations should never be done on a band night. First come first serve. Waited almost an hour to get seated. All tables were... reserved. Sat at small tables by kitchen. Good seat to see band but there were only about 5 of those tables to seat people sinceall tables are reserved. I was first in line to be seated thank goodness or I would of pretty much stood all night in order toenjoy the band and watch them. (Arrived at 7pm) Food was good. Cool place. Went there for the first time a couple weeks ago and had some mild wings. They have a great buffalo sauce and they... do not skimp on the amount of sauce on the wings at all. They also have fantastic fries that remind me of "carnival fries." There are a lot of places in Northeast Ohio that could learn from them on how to make wings the right way. Read more
I came to Cleveland for work and I must say this place was my salvation. Came here EVERYDAY to have lunch with my co-workers.... EVERYTHING on the menu is delicious. We tried soups, pizzas, hamburgers, salads, etc) plus their staff is fantastic, attentiveand polite. I highly recommend this place to anyone local or visitor. It?s going to be worth while. Read more
This is one of our favorite places for a burger in Cleveland. They get a special blend from Pinzone's that is fantastic. They... even have a $6 special on Mondays for most of their burgers. Their onion rings are incredible as well. You really can't go wronghere. Read more
