Awhile back I had the pizza and wasn't impressed, but I kept hearing great reviews about the food. I came to Jo Jo's for a... birthday dinner for friends and was pleasantly surprised by everything. Sad to say they used to be great! The food is still good but the rest sucks. Before, when ordering, you could get soup or salad... with your order ( it's an Italian meal! ) then it was changed to a very small, cheap salad, no soup option . Now I get neitherwhen I order! Two meals, about $60 and I don't get an itty bitty soup or a petty salad? I get that things have changed due tothe pandemic, but I spend the same amount of money at your place and get far less. First time dining at JoJo’s and all I can say is best meal I have had in a long time! With the food industry facing... challenges, this establishment has found a way to move past them. We have never been here before. What a shame. It is awesome! Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond to make sure we... enjoyed our experience. The restaurant is beautiful and comfortable. Our waiter Jared was timely and efficient. Chelsea was incharge of making drinks and created a Mint Old Fashion, that is absolutely delicious! We had the crispy artichokes for anappetizer, YUM! I had the eggplant parmesan that came with a side of pasta. The eggplant was lately breaded and in a verytasty marinara.. It was scrumptious! My husband had the linguine and clams, delish! My oh my !!!! This place is amazing before I can rave about the food I have to start with the service which was unbelievably... amazing. Our sever (Maya ) hopefully I’m spelling it correctly was amazing . Honestly every staffer member was Great from theyoung lady who was bussing the table to the host was sat us down . From start to finish service was amazing . I rave so muchabout this because in the current Climate of staff shortage it’s rare to have amazing service . The management at this placehas to be Great . Now on to the Food . The appetizers Stuffed Mozzarella balls was amazing we ordered couple plates . Thecalamari was so fresh and amazing ! I can honestly tell you out of the four different dishes we tried at this place from thelasagna to the chicken Parmigiana to the Gnocchi My God everything was fresh and amazing .
