Had a very difficult time with the drive thru. Only good thing was the hot food.

I have a wife who has both diabetes and salt issues. I had ordered a quarter pounder (no salt) and a small fries ???? (no salt).... I had a double quarter pounder w/cheese ???? Ordered via the app. Food was cold, given sweet tea instead of unsweet and the young man that brought out my food had fuzzy... pajama pants on. He looked like he had crawled out of the bed instead of working in a restaurant. Read more
I been to this mcdonalds quite a few times and its always lousy and I mean everything is lousy the food, the staff and... everything else in between. Last time im ever going to this mcdonalds, got my food which was 2 fillet fish sandwiches and 2mcdoubles and the fish sandwiches were ice cold not even a tiny bit warm and the mcdoubles were ice cold as well and burnt. Theonly good thing that happened is that they got the order right the first time, all previous times they got the order wrong and Ihad to sit there waiting 5 to 10 minutes for them to get the order right. If I'm getting ice cold and burnt sandwiches thenpeople need fired and hire people that will do a good job at what their supposed to do or just shut down the place. Read more
Yes this particular McDonald's in Berea Ohio the people were very rude and just mean from one window to the next I don't know if... the people were just having a bad day but they shouldn't take it out on their guess or customer that's why I will not even go tothis McDonald's anymore especially since they were the ones who messed up our order and then wanted to give me attitude and berude and then turn around and trying to charge me again for what they messed up I understand they're young kids and theirlearning how to deal with people for maybe they had a bad customer before me but that doesn't mean take it out on me or my sonwhen all you had to do was replace the drink and give us the right one very poor customer service but then when the manager cameit got even worse like I said all you had to do is give us the right drink which they eventually did but they tried charging usagain for it. Just your Run of the Mill Mickey D's however the restaurant was fairly clean inside and out. Charged an extra $0.50 for mayo on... my sandwich but no credit given for items left off (onions, pickles) - go figure. Read more
