I had stopped in on September 22nd, and my experience was great. Staff was friendly, the ladies working behind the counter were... friendly a greeted us when we walked in. They got both our orders in time, and I had gotten Superman with pretzels and they tookthe time to mix it in and did it without a complaint. My friend who I was with got cookie dough mixed with Oreos and also tookthe time to do that. Great staff, great experience. Will be in again. Read more
The ice cream was tasty, but the dining room was so dirty I couldn?t eat there. Every table had food debris. The black and white... tile floor looked like it had never been mopped. And this business just opened! Two girl employees were just standing when weentered so there was time to clean up they just didn?t want to clean. Makes me wonder how dirty it is behind the counter?! We?ll decided to try ?the number 1 ice cream in Cleveland? wow was that a waste of $17. The service was awesome. But the ice... cream was just meh. Mine had a piece of plastic in it that I ended up biting into unfortunately and luckily not swallowing?..thecafe is very unorganized and filthy everywhere from the floor to the glass on the cabinets and walls/ceilings. They have Blue Moon, that alone gets 5 stars. Great service and the owner really pours her heart into the business. We... purchased a variety of sundaes, cones, and cups in different flavors. The mixed-in pecans with Udderly Cream impressed my verypicky dad. This place is a winner, and we'll definitely be back! Read more
I heard good things about their vegan ice cream but ended up disappointed by it. It was pretty melty from the moment I got it... and wasn't anything special texture/creaminess wise. The vegan cookie dough was so dry and chalky it was hard to stomach. Read more
Disappointed! Ordered a pint for carry out with 2 ?mix-ins?. I use quotes on ?mix-ins? because nothing is mixed in when it comes... to a pint. All I got was a pint cup filled with vanilla ice cream, then they sprinkled a bit of each topping on the very top ofthe pint container. If one of the selling points of this place is they blend your toppings into your ice cream while you watch,then why wouldn?t this apply to your pint order? So I basically paid almost $12.00 for a pint of plain vanilla ice cream withsome candy sprinkled on top. Maybe the product is better when you order and eat on premises. But this first experience justrubbed me the wrong way and I doubt I?ll be back. Read more
This was my first time having their ice cream, and YUMMMYYY! The variety of flavors made it so hard to choose! My daughter had... their superman, all of the different colors, she fell in love with it. The staff was so pleasant and nice, they were patientwhile we looked at the menu.. this little ice cream place was a perfect treat for such a hot, summer day! If you haven't triedit, you NEED to go! Keen to support woman owned and family operated business, headed off the beaten path to their Berea outlet in search of perfect... root beer float. Two young ladies worked at a leisurely pace, mixing-in scoops of different flavors with a salad chopper-mixer.It's okay up to a swirl, but this sludge is not my cup of cream. Wonder how they got voted. Selection of toppings is impressive,though. Two stars are for the not-so-cold root beer from can and rather ordinary vanilla ice cream. I'll stick with Honey Hutfor root beer float fix. Read more
