A favorite Starbucks...consistently great coffee and service
This is genuinely one of the worst Starbucks around. I?m not sure if it?s because of the location being on a college campus but... I?ve never had so many incorrect orders in my life. I asked for a nitro cold brew with sugar-free vanilla and they gave me anitro cold brew with nothing in it. Another time I wanted a nitro cold brew vanilla sweet cream with extra sugar-free pumps init. I got sugar-free pumps with no vanilla sweet cream. And then today I got a grande cold brew vanilla sweet cream withsugar-free vanilla added instead they gave me five pumps of regular vanilla sweet cream. I was the only customer? Embarrassing. I work across the street from this location and their hours are more like 9-4pm with no weekend hours. So sad because I really... do enjoy the staff there. PLEASE go back to "normal" hours or change your hours on the website and Google to reflect. Part ofthe draw for the location of my business was that Starbucks draws a crowd. We stopped in the Starbucks on Front Street in Berea while moving my daughter out of her dorm at Baldwin Wallace University and... had an AWESOME experience. I do not go to Starbucks regularly and am not familiar with their menu. Renee the manager was verykind and helpful! The workers were friendly, the coffee shop was clean, and my coffee was delicious! First time going to this location and I AM SO SATISFIED! My drink was made perfectly and not messy. My breakfast sandwich was... warm and tasty. Restaurant was clean and they were very efficient and quick with the orders! Great jobguys???????????????????????????????????????????? Read more
This Starbuck's most time's delivers a quality product with reasonable customer service
Not a fan of this Starbucks, other than the layout of the location. I worked at Starbucks for over 2 years and can't believe... what I see at this location. The drinks are constantly being made incorrectly, the staff is disorganized and not trainedcorrectly on the drinks. The reason why I am posting a review is because I am tired of getting the drinks made incorrectly. Ipurchased a Grande CDL, which is a Cinnamon Dolce Latte with no whip cream. I didn't take a sip of it until after I left and thepicture is what I saw. It was only a little over half-way full. It's ridiculous that I spent over $5 and received this. Read more
