Not sure what's going on with this store ... the quality of service has been dropping tremendously.... never know when... the stor closes as it's never the same as what is listed on the door... the kids there working are rude ... I went in for asteak and cheese sub and decided to go else where after the worker gave me half the portion of meat... * owner * I understandyour store is loosing buisness but you do not make up for the loss by under portioning you guest... They have a new menu They do not take coupons I got 3 sandwiches and one was supposed to be a meatball and it wasn't
Ordered a Steak Teriyaki sub through delivery and this is what I received. Who in their right mind would even make this sandwich... yet serve it to a customer. I drove to the restaurant to ask to speak to a manager, which one was not on duty. There was twopeople working who apparently thought the sub they made was funny. I contacted corporate. This is UNACCEPTABLE! It?s not likethey gave me the wrong sub, or missed an ingredient. This isn?t even a sandwhich on their menu.
