Smh ... Not sure what's going on with this store ... the quality of service has been dropping tremendously.... never know when... the stor closes as it's never the same as what is listed on the door... the kids there working are rude ... I went in for asteak and cheese sub and decided to go else where after the worker gave me half the portion of meat... * owner * I understandyour store is loosing buisness but you do not make up for the loss by under portioning you guest... I visit a couple times a week. Service is always fast and friendly. Bread is always taste!
They have a new menu They do not take coupons I got 3 sandwiches and one was supposed to be a meatball and it wasn't
Ordered a Steak Teriyaki sub through delivery and this is what I received. Who in their right mind would even make this sandwich... yet serve it to a customer. I drove to the restaurant to ask to speak to a manager, which one was not on duty. There was twopeople working who apparently thought the sub they made was funny. I contacted corporate. This is UNACCEPTABLE! It?s not likethey gave me the wrong sub, or missed an ingredient. This isn?t even a sandwhich on their menu. The workers there were very friendly and fast. I would definitely recommend this Subway.
I order lunch approximately 4 or 5x's week, I spend good money here also because I always order the extra pro sandwich, I order... through doordash and every single time my sandwich comes it has cheese on it. I have a dairy allergy,if I don't ask for cheesewhy is it always on my sandwich? We can complain to doordash and they give you a credit,but after awhile I think they believe weare scamming and that is not the case. My girlfriend actually called up there to make sure they won't put cheese on the sandwichand guess what it still came with cheese. I don't understand how hard is it to follow directions,seems pretty simple,I reallylove subway,but maybe I should start taking my business to firehouse subs,they might be more competent. Read more
We came in during a rush there were only two employees But one employee, Jalicia was absolutely amazing. I could tell she was... working under pressure and trying to manage each of the orders because the guy she was working with was not helpful at all. Theline was full and she made sure to get our 9 sandwiches out in about 10 minutes without an issue or any attitude. This kind ofwork ethic is astounding. I?ve been coming here for a while now and there?s always someone working but they don?t treat us withthe service that you?d expect. I love this Subway, you can get build your own subs. Or you can get a special order sub with all the ingredients, or change it... up to fit your tastes. I eat here about once a week and have no complaints ???? Read more
