Tried to stop in to burger King to grab my kids dinner since we had been on the road for a couple of hours. We are pulling a... trailer that won't allow us to use drive through so we thought we would dine in. O ly to find out once inside that the lobby wasclosed. We asked if we could order food to go as we had a trailer and was turned away. Like seriously. I guess i will take myfamily to another fast food place to eat that will at least let us order to go. The worst experience today. We ordered a chicken sandwich, received it without the chicken. One of our burgers had mold on the... bottom of the bun. Our other sandwich buns were all dry and hard. The kitchen area was very dirty. Not a pleasant lunch! Read more
Got here and there were 2 cars waiting outside and 1 person that walked in at the same time as us. Let us know that they had... decided just not to take anymore orders because they needed to "catch up". The person in front of us left and eventually we wereallowed to order. A lady also came in from outside and said that she waited for 10 minutes at the drive through and noone everanswered. We finally got our food that somehow still was super cold and seemed like the burger patties had been cookedpreviously and left out. Part of the order was missing but we decided just to deal with it instead of going back up to thecrabby girl at the counter. We ordered the same thing because somehow they were completely out of chicken. We got through it butsaw at least 6 groups just leave due to never getting their orders taken. Can't give negative stars, so giving 1. Stopped by on our way home from Sioux Falls. Four cars in front of us equaled 33 minutes... we were in the drive through line. After all of that, one of our sodas was wrong, and two of the three kids' food was burnedlike I've never seen before; chicken nuggets and fries that looked almost black. Wasn't going to go back in line (dining roomclosed) so I wrote BK customer support the next day to ask for a refund on just the kids' food. They "forwarded my concern tothe restaurant" twice and I never heard back. That was 2 months ago. Looks like many other reviewers had similar experiences. Iwould avoid this place like the plague. If they had a 0 star they would get it. 2nd time I've driven off from a long wait just trying to order. Speaking to myself..I... said out loud, "This is crazy. This ridiculous." while waiting easily 10 minutes in front of menu...then the person says "whatdid you say?" "Why don't you fill out an application if you have a problem." I kindly drove off from the line...as I hadwatched 3 others before me do the same...now I know why. I don't mind waiting when I need too. A little communication, withsincerity, doesn't hurt. Never again. 2nd time in a month. Must be going out of business. Read more
Was probably one of my worst fast food experiences ever. First of all, dining room was closed at 630pm, on a Friday night and... there was only drive thru service. Then I sat 23 min in the drive thru line waiting to pull up to a window where I see anemployee put my bag of food on the counter and wait another 5 minutes for another employee to take our money, give us our foodand then he decides to pour our drinks! After proceeding back down the road I opened up my bag only to find a wet gross wrapperaround mayo dripping chicken sandwich in which upon further inspection was a chicken patty in 4 different pcs. Moral of storyis, I got dog food so you might to! This was my second bad experience here in less than 6 months. Read more
Wow why all the hate in the reviews on here? On my way back East destination Indiana. Havent eaten anything today seen the sign.... So i stopped in and had a whooper. Was just as good as any other i guess. Staff was very friendly ! Food was good price wasgreat with the coupons id brought with me from out of state. Read more
