Avery is the sweetest girl I've ever met she made me the best spicy Italian I've ever had from any subway, HIGHLY recommended
The workers are not good and the younger boy is not good at all. The lady he works with a lot seems to always be annoyed she has... to stop flirting with the boy to work. The boy just looks miserable every time we go in and the girl is no better. Also, incustomer service you should learn to greet customers who walk in. Of the 4 times my family has gone in we have yet to begreeted. The boy always seems to sneak off to the back when help is needed too. Disappointing. The ice cream tastes good too butyou can go elsewhere to get it. Do not go here! It is not worth it! We just moved to Beresford and we're excited to see there was a Subway in town! We have been to this location a few times... because it was quick, easy, and the only place open most of the time. EVERY SINGLE TIME we have gone to this location we neverget greeted and the workers make us feel stupid when ordering food. They also seem like they hate their jobs and not want to bethere. I'm very disappointed in the customer service and quality of food there. If it weren't for the fact this i the easiestthing to get in a hurry we would never come back. This needs to get fixed. Both times I?ve been to this particular subway, they treat me like I?m a complete idiot when ordering, and criticize my orders.... First time, I didn?t realize they?d switched sauces and then proceeded to explain it to me like a 7 year old with a low gradereading level. Then commented on how boring my order was - just make the sandwich, commentary not needed. The second time I wasordering for someone else and was following instructions written for me. I?d never ordered a flatbread melt, and once againchastised me for not knowing exactly how their store functioned and how that order worked. Overall the interactions were notpleasant and extremely off-putting. I haven?t had these experiences at other locations, but it?ll be the last time I stop thereunless it?s the last place open and I?m that desperate. And even then, I?ll go hungry instead of stop. Waited 5 minutes to even be looked at by workers. We were the only ones in line. No one looked at you or talked to you. Just... "what do you want". Service is poor. Sandwich was wrong and no attempt to correct. When asked what came in combo as I am not aregular she walked away. Food didn't suck but unfortunately service did. Will not be back. Read more
Very dirty place. Been eating here a few weeks the service is decent some days a younger lady she is nice but some middle aged... man who works here seems kind of slow and is very rude was openly talking of spitting on food if someone upset him and anotheryounger guy had earphones in making sandwiches and wouldn't talk and just seemed extremely irritated with his job very poorservice.
