Hoping to get some coffee before our busy thanksgiving we were more than disappointed with what we received. We got four lattes... and every single one of them didn?t have the right amount of espresso and some didn?t even have any. They tasted completely likesweetened milk. Yesterday I ordered an everything bagel with butter and cream cheese and they forgot the cream cheese which I chalked up to a... simple mistake. Today I ordered the same thing and mentioned to the cashier that yesterday I didn't get any cream cheese so itwas a very boring bagel lol she smiled and apologized for the inconvenience. Good food, good drinks. However, the drive thrus at the Brockport and Bergen locations have been terrible the last few times... we've ordered. Forgot half of our order and the other half was out of stock. Not sure how you run out of plain bagels by 6AM ona Sunday, but twice now. Read more
