I visited on the first football Sunday of the nfl season. It was crazy busy! I wish I would have gotten the names of the people... running the kitchen. There was only one woman who I saw who was awesome. The main man working was on the shorter side and alittle stocky. As a customer I could tell they had great communication back there. The food was delicious (3 different flavor ofwingsand cheese fries). I deducted a star because the shorter stockier guy took a customers payment before mine though I?d beenwaiting longer and even told him that. Also they forgot our celery and carrots. Went in store around 2pm, and had to ask twice to even get an order started. They told us 15 minutes, and we waited in the... store. after around 20 minutes, one of the workers came out and told us the ticket machine broke so it?s going to take a fewmore minutes. We got our order another 20 minutes later, and the fries were almost black and soggy. It looked like it?s beenfried in bad oil. i hate wasting food but this was inedible. never going back Read more
I was daydreaming the whole week with this wings! Last time I ordered the fries and they were a little salty for me, so this... time I ordered without seasoning and... AMAZING!. I got the honey BBQ boneless wings and I ordered them from uber eats. They packaged my order very well and the wings were very... good. The only complaint I have was that my wings were definitely over sauced. otherwise, really good and will be orderingagain. Read more
The food is good but I went to pick up my order the guy over there told me that my dipping sauce inside the sealed bag .. after... I went to my car I checked and didn?t find the dipping sauce inside and went back to the store to get it ! .. imagine if Ididn?t check before I leave ! Read more
Greetings Fellow Readers! Wingstop has amazing chicken! Been to this location for about 3 years now. The food has always been... great! Hot! Fresh! The 1 star is because they never really add more sauce to the wings???? plus im a fatty so iykyk! Til thisday I have yet to have a complain about the workers attitude or the manager. PROS: I never went to this place so this was a first time experience for me. The cashier Janiah was very nice and helped me with... my order. The place looked clean and the order was relatively fast CONS: The seating area was still closed off even thoughcovid is pretty much over. Well, I'm basically a 2X per month Wingstop customer. And I really would like to show some real appreciation, food was great as... always, but they're doing a fantastic job with the employees.
