Sorry employees need better training in customer service
We went to pick out a ready-made ice cream cake for my birthday. We asked for a strawberry cheesecake ice cream flavor, and when... we cut it open at home, it was vanilla and fudge caramel chips, with caramel layer in the middle. Unfortunately I hate caramel,so I was quite disappointed. If we pay $50 for a cake, the least they can do is give us the correct one. Read more

I went in there to get a smoothie. The guy behind the counter made my smoothie a total of 4 times. The first two times he said... it was too watery. So when he gave it to me after the 3rd time, it tasted like flavored water. He said he?d remake it. 4th onewas even worse. I was the only customer in there and it took 20 minutes! It wasn?t even drinkable. I gave up and walked out thestore. Threw the smoothie away. Waste of money and time. Read more
