Top shelf experience!!! Amazing food that will make u drool like a salivating puppy. Ive had the flat bread pizza and the... tacos and they were AMAZIN!!!! Every time the chef brings out a plate of food, I look over telling myself I’m ordering thatnext time. As far as the drinks…. Literally anything and everything can be crafted. Leaving you well hydrated and feelingbetter than ever. Though Jesse (bartender) is originally from Pennsylvania , he’s adopted the love for bay area sports andmakes sure games are always played on the TV’s. Beta Lounge came through in the clutch. There's not many places with a chill vibe, good food, excellent drink specials and WiFi... that's suitable for a late co-working session. This place is close to the University, and they are out on Summer break so I'msure that factors into the low-key vibe. Nevertheless, it's a nice neighborhood spot. We will be back! Read more
The drinks are ok but it's the environment/atmosphere that distinguishes this place. Definitely a more mature less sophomoric... vibe which you tend to get from most drinking establishments near CAL's campus. There aren't too many refined cocktail venuesnear campus. It's mostly beer and dive bar mixes/mixers. This place may be able to create you something other than ascrewdriver. Read more
