Me and my mom went when we were visiting UC Berkeley. The food is amazing! There are not many restaurants with good vegetarian... options but this was one of them! All the ingredients are fresh. The empanadas were delicious and so were the smoothies. Theowner is super nice and welcoming and talked to us about the food, her culture, and the restaurant. Highly recommend this restaurant for the food, coffee, and overall experience. The owners are a family from Mexico City with 30+... years in the restaurant as chefs. The food is immaculate, the customer service is friendly where they make you feel at home, theinterior design is warm, and the music feels good too! I grabbed one of there many wonderful fresh pressed juice here. I got the vampire which had celery, beats, carrots and some... other stuff. It was absolutely delicious. They have so many healthy options on their menu. I cannot wait to come more often andtry the whole menu! Read more

I just had the chicken sandwich here and it was fantastic! The food was fresh, the flavors worked well together, and based on... their attention to small details about the meal I could tell that they really cared about serving great food to people.
