This place is a total gem! We sat outside next to the heater for brunch, and ordered food on our phones. Latke with lox and a... chicken schnitzel salad, both delicious and hot sauce was prompt. Incredible food and a solid mixed drink/morning cocktail selection. The food is great. Saul?s has their challah based dishes... down. I?m a huge fan of their challah french toast, and loved their take on eggs benedict over challah. There are indoor andoutdoor dining options. The service is quick and polite. Read more

A friendly and authentic Jewish Deli in Berkeley. We ordered matzoh balls soup and laktes to eat at their causal outdoor table... through QR code. The matzoh balls were light and soup was hot and tasty. Laktes were crunchy and delicious. Yum! Read more

Saul's is a very good option if you're in the mood for Jewish deli fare. The pastrami sandwich was very good. The pastrami was... nice and fatty but could use a little more salt. The latkes were a little overdone in my opinion. The coffee is actually quitegood. Wait staff were very friendly and helpful. I'll return the next time I'm in the area. Cute diner with awesome bagels! I got an everything bagel with cream cheese, lox and cucumber. It was the perfect amount of... everything and the bagel was spot on.
