Excellent service, everyone there is so nice and awesome. The burgers are delicious perfect for a cheat day or any and everyday... LOL, great job everyone!! (Update) The food is still delicious, but after returning ten times about 2 month after this firstreview we noticed that everyone seems a bit tired or over worked, it's not that anyone's rude or anything, it's just not thatsame upbeat feel, I want to emphasis that this is not a updated review about complaint but one of caring and concern. This place has great burgers. Since ive had meat substitutes in the past, i personally was able to tell the difference. With... that being said, it was a delicious non-meat burger. I?d come here again if I were in the area and craving a vegan burger. Read more
Always a great place for when I?m craving a burger and some fries. Definitely on the pricey side and the shakes are abnormally... priced high. I like the burgers so I keep coming back now and then to splurge. Wish it was cheaper, paying over $20 for just aburger and fries is kind of absurd. Read more
Very good burgers. By the way, I only gave 4/5 for several reasons: - I prefer Beyond to Impossible meat - The milk shake are... too sweet - The music in the restaurant is too loud: we cannot hear ourselves speak and even being alone is toodisagreeable However, the burgers are ok; their fries either but, above all, good price/quality ratio (in the Bay). Let me just say, nothing is impossible! I ordered the O.G. burger w/o cheese. Included was special sauce, lettuce and pickles. I... ordered thick golden fries and water. The impossible burger is delicious! One thing about me is I don't like that overstuffedfull and tired feeling after eating. This meal does not leave you feeling that way, it's just enough to satisfy. There are twovery clean restrooms in this restaurant. There are high chairs for the little ones and plenty of space to social distance. Thereis also enough space for wheel chairs. Last time I visited the music was Soo loud I had to yell my order. This time we did nothave that problem. We will be returning! Read more

I would come here again just because of their messaging, and the fact that a portion of their sales go to support local... charities! The food was good -- the fries were some of the best fries I've ever had, and they were super fresh. The halfchocolate/half vanilla shake was really good too, but too thick for the tiny straw they provided..not a huge problem, we justlet it melt a little first. The frustrating thing was getting home with our take-out Ceasar salad and realizing they hadn'tgiven us any dressing -- it wasn't on the salad and there wasn't a container on the side, so we stuck the salad in the fridgeand will be returning today to ask for dressing. My only complaint is that their food is too expensive. I wouldn't be able toeat here very often if I was local. But I'm glad some of the cost is supporting charities. Read more
