Everything on the menu is worth experiencing, but the breakfast is something to be reckoned with. Each plate is cooked to order... and their use of fresh ingredients sets the Berkeley Boathouse well apart from the nearest would-be competitor. This please isclean, inside and out, and the service staff are extraordinarily friendly and helpful. Should you take your meal out of doors,there are several lovely view of the water and the marina. The only thing that kept the experience from being ideal is thatfolks sometime set up "private parties" in the courtyard of the hotel adjacent and we were treated to corny disco music blaringover the top of the entertainment provided by the restaurateurs... Didn't stop the kitchen from providing excellent food or thestaff from deploying excellent service. Top marks. Read more
The Berkeley Boathouse is a beautiful restaurant on the bay with a beautiful view of the bay and sunset. The service was pretty... good here. It wasn't the best ever but still was good and everyone was very polite and helpful. Especially for the price you arepaying. The food here did seem to be fairly decent. I did order a wagyu burger which I was pretty excited about. But it did notseem to be the proper wagyu you often see online and tasted pretty good but didnt seem like the proper wagyu you may see onlineand was similar to other burgers you have at higher end restaurants. But to be fair most dishes were around $20 ish and veryhigh quality for the price range. They do have a lot of sea food choices as well and were all good qauilty dishes.
