Found the establishment great, should handled everything perfectly. But when two burgers is 30-40 minutes late, you question if... the business is up to the task. We overheard a woman saying she ordered her grubhub order an hour ago. We saw the delayed foodup close and personal. Even the beers we ordered took 15+ minutes to get to us. Biggest issue with the establishment. If theycan fix that, they'd have a great place. It's the difference of leaving with 1 star or 5. Read more
Why are the reviews so low? This place is amazing. The Mediterranean burger was so flavorful, my mouth is watering just thinking... about the flavor and fresh cherry tomatoes. Great selection of beer, reasonable prices for the location (Claremont adjacent) anda perfect spot to grab a bite with friends. I?ll be back! Read more
Go for the the atmosphere not the food! The food took forever, the electronic menu was confusing and didn?t have many of the... items from the posted menu. On top of the lackluster service, the food was very disappointing. The crispy Brussels sproutswere very over cooked and mushy. The homemade chips were burnt and the rest of the food lacked flavor and was just all arounddisappointing. No one there seemed to care whatsoever about the quality of service or the food. Service is friendly. Atmosphere is a great outdoor summer vibe! Food is overpriced. $30 for grilled cheese and beer. Grilled... cheese was all bread and very minimal cheese. The Ranch is by far the best ranch I have had in awhile. Read more
Excellent outdoor venue. Old school. Burgers are very good. It is quite pricey though. It seems like anything you want on your... burger including lettuce and tomato costs an extra 1-3 dollars. Just no. It?s certainly possible I didn?t understand theirordering system and paid for extra lettuce and tomato, but it ended up being expensive for burgers. Very good beer selection. Read more
Review from 7 year old: ?Staff are very nice and helpful. The food is delicious. The only downside is their food takes a long... time to actually be ready and served. For kids I recommend the curly fries with ranch, cookies and cream milkshake, and grilledcheese. And get extra curly fries and ranch.? Read more
A salad, a burger, and 2 drinks cost $70. Overpriced for what you get. The salad was ok - paid extra for avocado and arugula to... be added - they forgot the arugula but gave me some after I pointed it out. The burger pattys were dry, cafeteria style andovercooked - def not medium despite the description. The bun and fries were good though. The worst were the drinks. I ordered a?glass? of wine and the kiosk had me confirm what type of glass I wanted it served in, which I though was odd. When it came out,it was about 3oz of liquid in a small plastic airplane cup (for $7.50) My partner got a green juice (also about $7.50) and itwas terribly salty for some reason. Workers are very nice and the food tastes good. I really like their banana Nutella milkshake! It is true though, the wait is... longer than your standard restaurant. I do wish that the burgers would come with a side of fries because the price. Overall,decent place. Read more
