I was excited for this dining experience. The facility is beautiful and has an air of refinement. We made a reservation for... dinner. We arrived 30 minutes early and asked to have a drink in the bar. The staff was clearly overwhelmed; however therestaurant was only at about half capacity. While we were told by the bartender he would come get our drink order, he did not. We waited 15 minutes and had to go place our own order. When it was time for our reservation, we went to the hostess stand wherewe stood for another 15 minutes without any greeting or acknowledgement. We were shown to our table only to discover that youorder your own food via your phone, not through a server. Aside from the small plates, there were only 4 entrees to choose from.Needless to say, nobody in our group could understand why the service was so terrible. A restaurant with a very limited menu,only about half full and you place your order through your phone. Instead of this being the refined dining experience we werehoping for, we felt as if our business was not valued. We finished our drinks and left without ordering dinner. We had a perfect meal from the cocktails through appetizers and dinner. I must begin with the perfect setting, which is a very... elegant room beautiful, spacious and quiet. Then the wait staff are fun, efficient, and knowledgeable and so helpful. The foodwas interesting because if it?s focus on the Magreb region of the Middle East and the flavors and spices all of which were verytasteful. The cocktails were wonderful and bartender worked with us to select artisanal liquors. We had three salads as anappetizer. For entrees my husband had the wild caught salmon and I had lamb tagine which was tender and included lots ofvegetables including fresh peas again perfectly spiced on a bed of couscous. Came here for drinks. The bartender was super helpful and made such a good Moscow mule that I had to get another (maybe 2 more?... I forget). The hotel interior is quiet and well decorated. It made me want to stay here next time I'm in town. Read more

Excellent! Everything was delicious! Service was fantastic. Ambiance was lovely. Definitely recommend! We were in town on... business and found Zino online. Went in on a whim and I'm glad we did! We started with the spreads which were absolutelydelicious. Cocktails were fresh and fun and interesting. Entrees were mouthwatering. I had the lamb which fell off the bone andmelted in my mouth. Friends had chicken/vegetable tagine. Somehow we found room for dessert and that was just as delicious.Chocolate tart and the peach tart are a must! The gelato on top was delightful by itself.
