Seems to not like people.The Guy that works there is a gentleman and is kind, but the lady is evil. She hates to be nice and... overall bad energy. The lady literally took my order with an attitude and didn?t even put it in I recommend not to order takeout if your the type to... order takeout or pickup before work order in advance if the lady sounds like she has an attitude she 9/10 do have one I was infront of her watching her take and order bluntly rushing the customer on the phone I?m highly upset that I?m here ordering againafter placing my order there?s no such thing as take your service nowhere else I don?t believe the customer is always and I?munderstandable her customer service is not needed, I?ve worked in restaurants and vacations are needed when due I believe she?spast due for vacation I can see the stress on her face other than that good food good service. Edit: Now that the store has a new owner, his communication is better and he is really friendly [One time I forgot an item, and... he left the store and chased me down to give it to me which was awesome.] the food is good and affordable. However, one issue Ihave is with the waiting times. I usually call in ahead of time and wait 5 mins before going in, but usually when I get thereI?m still waiting usually 8-10 minutes for my order, even during down times. The store is really clean though, and is small sodue to covid precautions I usually wait outside. But overall it?s a nice place for good comfort food. Read more
I've been coming to this restaurant for 25 years. It's always good tasting. I'm a hard grader, but I would recommend calling in... your order, and take your time picking it up. They get alot of business so it's not the kitchen's fault....it's good to be indemand.. Read more

I grew up eating from Canton house and I must say, they still make the best Chinese food in Berkeley!!!
